PIER PAOLO FERRONI
Pierpaolo Ferroni, in 1994, won a scholarship for the Musician Institute of Los Angeles (ranking first in the Artists Without Frontiers event).
On that occasion, he performed on the stage of the auditorium of the Musician Institute with Oscar Cartaya (Spyro Gyra) and Toss Panos (Steve Vai Band) and Ruggero Robin (who also won first place in the guitarists category).
In 1998, he began studying with one of the most important and innovative drum teachers in the world: Mr. Gary Chaffee (teacher of Vinnie Colaiuta, Steve Smith, Joey Kramer, Teacher’s) participating in the first project Gary Chaffee Drum Department based in Italy (Percussion, January 2000).
